I am a psychologist trained in Katatagan Plus and Katatagan: Kalusugan at Damayan sa Komunidad (BJMP), as well as the mhGAP program of DOH CHD IV-A. I have completed psychiatric and psychological training at the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH). I am also trained in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) and Psychological First Aid (PFA). Additionally, I am a certified HIV Counselor, with competencies in smoking cessation counseling and the SBIRT (Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment) assist tool. In sports, I am a former varsity tennis player who competed at the national level, and I actively engage in ultrarunning and mountaineering. I integrate sport psychology principles into my practice. My approach is clinical and eclectic, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client. I have extensive experience in handling substance use and drug-related cases, providing holistic and client-centered care.
