Dr. Jeryl Yu is a neurologist who specializes in Parkinson’s disease, dystonia, tremor, tics, and other movement disorders. Her expertise includes neurotoxin injections (Botox) for dystonia and spasticity, and advanced therapeutic modalities such as deep brain stimulation. She also has a special interest in dementia, disorders of thinking and mood, and sleep-related movement disorders. How long does a typical session last?
Consultation length varies based on complexity of the case and whether you are a new or existing patient. A typical first session lasts between 1- 1.5 hours while follow-up visits are usually 30mins- 1 hour.
