Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Only Mental Health Certificate upon clients request and which ever fits their needs and concerns after undergoing a consultation. There is also an additional fee of 500php.
No Response and No Notification
Paid fees are nonrefundable (No response within 12 hours, No show after the 15 minutes grace period, No notification for rescheduling of appointment)
