If the psychologist receives no response or notification from the client within 24 hours after the booking was received, the client's appointment will automatically be tagged as completed and a refund will not be admitted.

I issue a mental health certificate upon clients request and which ever fits their needs and concerns after undergoing a consultation
How long does a typical session last?
A typical session lasts around 45 - 60 minutes maximum per client
