The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management or prescription. There will be additional fees charged to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

If you are going to book a consultation appointment before the clinic schedule, you will get your confirmation within 24 hours. However, if you book your appointment within the clinic schedule and as long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 15 minutes, your request will be automatically canceled by the system.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 15 minutes per patient. It may take longer depending on the case and the needs of the patient.
