Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of P200. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. You can schedule a face to face consultation via the NowServing platform or you may send a message to my secretary. My clinic schedule and the contact information of my secretary for each clinic are posted on my page.
