Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect in a session?

Each session is a space for you—your thoughts, your pace, your truth. Whether it's your first time in therapy or you're returning with past experience, we’ll begin by getting a sense of what brings you here and what you'd like to work on. Some sessions may feel reflective and quiet, others more focused and active. You’re not expected to have everything figured out—we’ll sort through things together. My role is to be beside you as you make sense of what’s going on—to help you name what feels tangled, organize what feels overwhelming, and guide you toward clarity and direction.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts about 50 to 60 minutes, but there's room for flexibility depending on what you need and what the moment calls for. Some days we may need more time, and that’s okay—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
