Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, you will need to make appointments immediately. If not accepted within 2hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

No. This is a Telehealth consultation only.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, and it is called the Mental Health Certificate. Take note that MHC is a legal document affixed with my signature, so there will be an additional charge of 100 pesos. The only freebie I can give after the session is a Proof of Session or Session Summary, which you may use as a personal reference or if you are planning to change your physician. MHCs are not part of insurance coverage, legal processes, and shall only be given for specific, valid reasons and after consultation.

It's past my appointment time, is the consultation still going to proceed?

No. The allotted time frame for the psychologist to wait for you is 15 minutes; after that, the appointment will be considered complete.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

None

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 45-60 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and the needs of the patient.
