Yes, I issue medical certificates for reasons including: - Fit to work, including Physical Examination (Case by case basis) - Bed rest (Duration will be determined in a case by case basis) - Fit for enrollment or to attend school (As required) Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php 100.
