Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a mental health certificate or other related certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 500 pesos. Certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be requested and given for specific valid reasons and after a thorough consultation and evaluation.
What types of psychological certificates do you issue? Certificate of Psychological Consultation (wellness, fit to work/fit to school, mental health leave, clearance certificates for return to school/work, referral, for PWD-related purposes. Certificates issued are recognized by both government and private institutions, but does not guarantee approval and is subject to the specific requirements of the requesting agency and issued after consultation and evaluation.
How long does a typical session last?
A typical session lasts around 40 to 50 minutes per client depending on the case and needs, allowing enough time to thoroughly address the needs while being mindful of the schedule.
My booking got rescheduled to a date I am not available, what now?
We can reschedule for a time that works for both of us.
Will I still be able to have my session if I'm running late?
If you anticipate that you will not be able to attend your scheduled session, are running late, or have an urgent concern, kindly send a message as soon as possible so arrangements can be made. You may request a reschedule to another time or another day, subject to availability, and messaging within the same day is greatly appreciated so the time slot may be offered to another client.
If you arrive late, the session will proceed within the remaining allotted time only (for example, a 7:00–7:40 session that starts at 7:10 will run until 7:40). If the session starts late due to an ongoing session before yours, your time will be adjusted accordingly so you still receive your full session.
In rare instances where the psychologist is unable to attend the scheduled session, you will receive a message requesting a reschedule to another time or another day. Every effort will be made to communicate promptly and find the most convenient option for you.
Do you accept health cards or HMO?
Yes, Medicard is accepted. Upload your signed ELOA and message in the chatbox, the OTP consult.
For other HMOs, payment may be made directly, with reimbursement requested from your HMO in accordance with their guidelines.
How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
Your request will be attended immediately but in case the provider unable to respond right away because of engagement, please patiently wait until 1 hour before the last schedule. In case, you will not be accommodated in the same day, you will be given a reschedule which will be messaged to you immediately. You may also book in advance for other dates.
Can I book a schedule today?
Yes. As long as there is an available time slot. Requests for appointments will be immediately responded. You will receive a message confirming the time you can be accommodated within the day or suggesting another available date and time. You may also book in advance for other date/s.
What if my appointment request is not responded to immediately?
Requests are usually responded to. However, if there is a delay, kindly allow some time as the psychologist may be in an ongoing session or temporarily unavailable due to engagements. Your request for appointment will be accepted and you will receive a message as soon as the psychologist is able to respond.
