Dr John Carlo Timbol practices General Internal Medicine, which deals with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various illnesses that afflict adults, such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, dengue, pneumonia, kidney disease, liver disease, gout, chronic stroke, influenza, tuberculosis, COVID-19, and many others. He completed his medical training in the St Luke's College of Medicine and his Internal Medicine residency in the Victoriano Luna Medical Center, where he was also Chief Resident. His previous roles include being a ward officer of the VLMC COVID-19 Complex, COVID-19 Response Unit physician for the Headquarters Philippine Army, and Internal Medicine specialist in the Army General Hospital. Dr. Timbol has a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Leeds and has worked for health-related nonprofit organizations. He is currently working as a Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine) for Maxicare Health Services, Inc. and as Medical Specialist I for the Philippine Space Agency.
