How long is a session?

Sessions usually last around 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your needs. In some cases, the psychologist may extend the session if it is clinically necessary and if time permits, such as when no other client is scheduled immediately after your appointment.

I’m not available on the scheduled time. Can I reschedule?

Rescheduling is allowed if you notify us at least one hour before your session. Approval of the new schedule depends on the psychologist’s availability. Requests made after the session time may be reconsidered and will depend on the psychologist’s availability. To avoid repeated rescheduling, only two consecutive reschedules are allowed. Further consecutive requests will be treated as a no-show.

Do I need to pay before getting an appointment?

Yes. Payment is required before I receive and accept your appointment request. The consultation fee covers: 1. Clinical interview and assessment of concerns 2. Diagnostic impression 3. Initial management or recommendations 4. Additional services requested during the session may incur extra fees.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available slot, appointment requests are accommodated immediately. If your request is not accepted within 24 hours, it will be automatically cancelled by the system. My VA, Issa, will send you a message regarding my earliest available schedule

I am currently residing abroad. Can I book a session with you?

Yes, but with important limitations. As a licensed psychologist in the Philippines, I am authorized to provide services only within Philippine jurisdiction. This includes: 1. Clients who are physically located in the Philippines, or 2. Clients located in Philippine-recognized territories abroad, such as: 2.a. Philippine embassies or consulates 2.b. Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLOs) or Migrant Workers Offices (MWOs) 2.c. Philippine-registered ships or aircraft If you are residing abroad in a private residence outside these jurisdictions, I cannot provide psychological services, as this may fall outside the scope of my license and the laws of your host country. To ensure ethical and legal compliance, I will ask for: 1. Your physical location at the time of the session, and 2. A signed informed consent outlining jurisdictional limitations.

Do you issue Medical or Mental Health Certificates?

As a Psychologist, I do not issue Medical Certificate. What I am capable of giving is a Mental Health Certificate, and it is furnished with considerations. Mental Health Certificates are legal documents issued with my professional signature and may require an additional fee. These are not covered by insurance and are issued only for valid reasons after consultation. Please note: Employers or institutions may not always accept certificates from online consultations. For Mental Health Certificates or Certificates of Disability, only a provisional diagnostic impression may be provided unless a full psychological assessment is completed. Fit-to-Work Certificates or Clearances are issued only after proper evaluation and at least two (2) completed sessions, subject to professional judgment. All certificates include my official email address and contact number for verification.

If I cancel my appointment, will I get a refund?

Refunds for cancelled appointments are subject to the psychologist’s discretion. If a confirmed session is cancelled and another client was already declined to reserve that time slot, a refund may not be possible. This policy helps ensure that session times are respected and fairly managed. Cancellations made close to the scheduled time (e.g., within one hour) and no-show appointments may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds may be considered when: • The session is cancelled by the psychologist. • The client cancels early enough for the slot to be offered to another client. • The reason for cancellation is deemed reasonable by the psychologist. Requests should be communicated as soon as possible. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and processing time may vary depending on the payment method.
