Do I need to pay before getting an appointment?

Yes. Payment is required before I receive and accept your appointment request. The consultation fee covers: 1. Clinical interview and assessment of concerns 2. Diagnostic impression 3. Initial management or recommendations 4. Additional services requested during the session may incur extra fees.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available slot, appointment requests are accommodated immediately. If your request is not accepted within 24 hours, it will be automatically cancelled by the system. My VA, Issa, will send you a message regarding my earliest available schedule

I am currently residing abroad. Can I book a session with you?

Yes, but with important limitations. As a licensed psychologist in the Philippines, I am authorized to provide services only within Philippine jurisdiction. This includes: 1. Clients who are physically located in the Philippines, or 2. Clients located in Philippine-recognized territories abroad, such as: 2.a. Philippine embassies or consulates 2.b. Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLOs) or Migrant Workers Offices (MWOs) 2.c. Philippine-registered ships or aircraft If you are residing abroad in a private residence outside these jurisdictions, I cannot provide psychological services, as this may fall outside the scope of my license and the laws of your host country. To ensure ethical and legal compliance, I will ask for: 1. Your physical location at the time of the session, and 2. A signed informed consent outlining jurisdictional limitations.
