For consultations outside the app: email raven.rpsy.rgc@gmail.com Hi, I'm Raven, PRC-licensed Psychologist (RPsy), Guidance Counselor (RGC), and Psychometrician (RPm) offering general online consultation and tele-counseling for students and adults. I hold master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Guidance & Counseling and rank among the topnotchers in the counseling licensure exam. Currently, I'm taking Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) and working in different psychological centers in the Philippines. My practice is integrative and eclectic, combining postmodern, strengths-based, and evidence-informed approaches depending on each client’s needs. I work with concerns related to stress, adjustment, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and overall emotional well-being. I also conduct psychological assessments for employment, academic, adoption-related, forensic and clinical purposes. My Service (via NowServing App): - One-time session: 45–60 minutes (consultation, brief counseling, psychoeducation; good for check-ins, intake, and initial guidance). - Stand-alone only: Sessions booked through the app are not packaged. - Scope & limitations: The app is not designed for comprehensive therapy or full assessments. If you need ongoing tele-therapy or psychological testing/assessment (academic, employment, medical, adoption, forensic), we can discuss options during the session—follow-ups may be arranged outside the app. - Certificates/Psychological Reports: If required, these are separate services with separate fees. - Referrals: For concerns outside my scope, I may provide a referral. - Consultation fee: ₱700 base Schedule: Thursday • Friday • Saturday • Sunday Important: Services are non-emergency. If you have active suicidal intent, homicidal thoughts, severe self-harm, violent behavior, intense panic/emotional distress, or psychotic symptoms, go to the nearest ER immediately.

Online Clinic (Using NowServing app)
About the Online Clinic This online clinic provides general psychological consultation and telecounseling for individuals seeking professional support. Each session lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour and is designed for one-time consultation, brief counseling, or psychoeducation. Clients may use the session to discuss concerns, ask questions, explore possible coping strategies, and receive professional insights based on their situation. Please note that sessions booked through the SeriousMD platform are standalone (not a package) and are limited to what can be covered within the appointment time. Because payment is processed per session through the app, packages such as continuous therapy or testing/assessment are not offered during the consultation. If a client requires follow-up counseling, more in-depth psychotherapy, or psychological testing/assessment or certifications for academic, clinical, employment, legal, or diagnostic purposes, these services may be arranged outside the application, depending on availability and suitability. Consultation Fee: PHP700 per session (via SeriousMD) Important Reminder: This service is for non-emergency concerns only. If you are experiencing severe distress, suicidal intent, violent behavior, or psychotic symptoms, please proceed to the nearest hospital or emergency room.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you give a psychological diagnosis?

Yes. As a licensed Psychologist, I can diagnose with proper clinical interview and psychological assessment. However, because this platform is primarily for consultation, the diagnosis provided here is usually provisional and based on the available information. A full diagnostic evaluation requires a comprehensive assessment and testing.

Is one session enough?

Some clients feel relieved after one session, while others prefer periodic check-ins. Since this is consultation, not psychotherapy, you can book sessions as needed.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical teleconsultation lasts 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the client’s concerns and the flow of the discussion. My online sessions cover psychological consultation, wellness check-ins, brief counseling, and assessment-related guidance. While these can be helpful and supportive, full psychotherapy is not conducted online due to important limitations in the virtual setup such as environment control, safety considerations, and the depth required for therapeutic work.
