PLEASE READ For those interested in booking an online consultation, kindly contact me first through Viber or WhatsApp at 0960-114-5573 so we can check my current availability and arrange the most appropriate schedule. My freelance online clinic schedule is limited and may change from week to week due to my other work commitments. Since opening slots on NowServing may allow multiple clients to book the same available date, the volume of bookings can be difficult to control and may lead to cancellations or rescheduling. Because of this, only a few dates are opened on this platform. If you see an available date, you may still book it, but please expect that the final schedule may be coordinated directly depending on my actual availability. Please note that online consultation is intended for non-urgent, consultation-based concerns only. For urgent, high-risk, or emergency concerns, face-to-face or emergency support is more appropriate. ABOUT ME I’m Raven, a PRC-licensed Psychologist (RPsy), Guidance Counselor (RGC), and Psychometrician (RPm). I primarily provide online psychological consultation, brief tele-counseling, and consultation-based support for students and adults. Through my independent online practice via NowServing, my services are primarily short-term, online-focused, and consultation-based in nature. I provide psychological consultation, brief counseling, psychoeducation, assessment-related guidance, and support for non-urgent concerns using an integrative, strengths-based, and evidence-informed approach. As a psychologist, I may provide psychological impressions or provisional diagnoses when clinically appropriate. However, some concerns may require follow-up sessions, formal psychological testing, face-to-face assessment, psychiatric consultation, psychotherapy, or referral to another appropriate professional or facility for further clarification and support. I also provide extensive psychological assessment and psychotherapy in other professional settings. However, at present, these services are either limited to internal clients of the organizations I am affiliated with or handled directly through their own intake and scheduling process. I do not have control over who they accept, their availability, or their final service arrangements. NowServing/SeriousMD sessions are generally one-time or short-term online consultations lasting around 45–90 minutes. These are not intended to replace comprehensive long-term psychotherapy, emergency intervention, intensive clinical care, or full psychological assessment batteries. If further services are needed, possible recommendations, referrals, follow-up sessions, or additional options may be discussed during the consultation. ⚠️ IMPORTANT Services are non-emergency in nature. If you are experiencing active suicidal intent, homicidal thoughts, severe self-harm, violent behavior, extreme emotional distress, psychotic symptoms, or any concern requiring immediate attention, please proceed to the nearest emergency room, contact emergency services, or seek urgent face-to-face support.

For those interested in booking a consultation session, you may select any of the available dates on this platform, and I will personally message you to arrange the exact schedule. Please note that only a limited number of dates are intentionally opened, as my availability may change from time to time. This helps me avoid cancellations and manage my schedule more efficiently. In some cases, the available dates here may appear far in advance—however, you may still book any open date, and we can try to arrange an earlier schedule internally (even same day consult), especially for urgent concerns, as long as there is availability. Once you’ve booked, I will reach out so we can coordinate a schedule that works best for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you give a psychological diagnosis?

Yes. As a licensed Psychologist, I can diagnose with proper clinical interview and psychological assessment. However, because this platform is primarily for consultation, the diagnosis provided here is usually provisional and based on the available information. A full diagnostic evaluation requires a comprehensive assessment and testing.

Is one session enough?

Some clients feel relieved after one session, while others prefer periodic check-ins. Since this is consultation, not psychotherapy, you can book sessions as needed.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical teleconsultation lasts 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the client’s concerns and the flow of the discussion. My online sessions cover psychological consultation, wellness check-ins, brief counseling, and assessment-related guidance. While these can be helpful and supportive, full psychotherapy is not conducted online due to important limitations in the virtual setup such as environment control, safety considerations, and the depth required for therapeutic work.
