Frequently Asked Questions

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

Please keep all consult-related questions here on this platform. For any new concerns, please book another appointment.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

No, as I only offer online consultations at this time.

How long does a typical session last?

For counseling sessions, a typical session lasts 50 to 60 minutes, but for new clients, the first session may take up to 90 minutes to allow time for a full assessment. Follow-up sessions may be required and typically last around 40 minutes to 1 hour. For psychological testing and assessment, sessions generally last 1 to 3 hours, depending on the type of test and the complexity of the case. Some assessments may require multiple sessions. For employment purposes, online testing can be administered. However, for more complicated cases, clients may be required to go on-site to one of our testing centers. We'll provide details in advance about the expected duration and any additional sessions needed.
