Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible. On the day of consult, we usually ask for confirmation prior to your arrival.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 200. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 20-30 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient. Patients are fully assessed regarding concerns they present with and consult for.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. Face to face consultations are available via the NowServing app. You can book consultation on the day itself as well if there are available slots throughout the day.
