How long does a typical session last?

A typical counseling session lasts around 45 minutes to an hour per client. Another session can be scheduled depending on the case and needs of the client.

Can I refund my payment?

Refunds are available if you cancel your appointment at least 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Late cancellations (made with less than 24 hours notice) and missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable, as that time was specifically reserved for you.
