Can I book a schedule today?

Yes, I usually respond as soon as I receive the notification or is made aware of your consultation request even if it's not within my appointed clinic hours. Almost all of my online bookings are same-day consultations. We will find a common time. I'll take your preferred time as the first consideration. If you wish to have your concern attended to immediately, just let me know by messaging through the app. I'd be happy to assist you as long as I'm available or the schedule of the day permits.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that medical certificates/clearances are legal documents affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge on a case to case basis as follows: Medical Certificate: ₱200, Fit to Work Clearance: ₱200, Internal Medicine Clearance: ₱200-500, Cardio-Pulmonary Clearance (for ELECTIVE surgeries): ₱500. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Yes but only if the surgery is on an out-patient basis and will only require local anesthesia.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I usually respond within 1-2 hours upon receiving the booking request.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 5-15 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.
