Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 300php. Medical certificates shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes, of course. Kindly call the contact details of Health Studios in order to schedule a consultation with me or you can do walk-in at Health Studios. (Please check my schedule posted here)
