Do you issue Cardiopulmonary (CP) Clearance?

Cardiopulmonary Clearance evaluates a person's risk for perioperative and post-operative morbidity and mortality. Minor and low to moderate risk surgeries in the absence of co-morbidities such as high blood pressure, exisiting kidney, pulmonary and heart disease may be given online depending on the assessment of the physician. However for patients with high blood pressure and other significant and uncontrolled diseases, obtaining a CP clearance in the clinic or hospital physically is recommended for proper physical examination and assessment. CP clearance entails thorough history taking and review of systems in order to evaluate the risks associated with surgery. For clients who may be issued a CP clearance through online consultation, an additional fee of Php 500.00 will be charged on top of the consultation fee.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 150.00. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
