Late Arrival and No-Show Policy

A grace period of 15 minutes will be given for clients who arrive late to their scheduled consultation. This policy helps ensure that each client receives fair and uninterrupted care while allowing succeeding appointments to begin on time. Maintaining the schedule also enables the psychologist to provide the full attention and quality of service that every client deserves. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time without prior arrangement, the appointment will be considered a no-show. The session will be marked as completed, and the corresponding consultation fee will still apply, as the reserved time has already been allocated exclusively for the client and cannot typically be offered to others on short notice.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Please be informed that only a Mental Health Certificate may be issued. A Mental Health Certificate is a document prepared by a psychologist that summarizes psychological findings based on a clinical consultation or assessment and may include recommendations related to an individual's mental health and psychological functioning. It is different from a Medical Certificate, which is issued by a licensed physician to certify a medical diagnosis, physical illness, or medical fitness for work, school, or other purposes. Kindly be advised as well that the fee for the Mental Health Certificate is separate from the consultation fee and will be settled outside the platform.
