How long does a typical session last?
Consultation sessions typically last between 40 to 50 minutes, ensuring we have adequate time to address your needs effectively while respecting your schedule.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Mental Health Certificate (MHC). Take note that the MHC is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge . MHCs are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
What happens if I miss my appointment without prior notice?
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, there will be no refund provided. It's important to inform us in advance (2 days prior) if you're unable to attend to avoid inconvenience.
