Consultation sessions typically last between 40 to 50 minutes, ensuring we have adequate time to address your needs effectively while respecting your schedule.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Mental Health Certificate (MHC). Take note that the MHC is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge . MHCs are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

What happens if I miss my appointment without prior notice?

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, there will be no refund provided. It's important to inform us in advance (2 days prior) if you're unable to attend to avoid inconvenience.

What is the mode of online consultation?

Clients have the discretion to choose between on-camera or off-camera consultations according to their comfort level. However, chat-based consultations are not available at this time.

What is the policy for cancellation and rescheduling of appointments?

Cancellation and rescheduling of appointments is ONLY allowed up to 2 days prior to the scheduled session. This is because your time slot is reserved and booked exclusively for you, and changing within this timeframe allows us to offer the slot to another client. However, bookings made within a day of the appointment cannot be canceled or rescheduled, and failure to attend will result in no refund.
