What is your policy on rescheduling and cancellations?
Rescheduling:
If you need to adjust your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Schedule changes can only be accommodated if requested within four (4) hours of the scheduled consultation time, subject to the doctor’s availability. Requests made after this time will be considered cancellations and will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments that are not canceled at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled date and time are non-refundable. Please inform us promptly of any scheduling or technical issues.
No-Show Policy:
Patients who fail to log in within the 15-minute grace period will be marked as a No Show. In such cases, the consultation fee is forfeited.
How long does a typical session last?
New Patients: Initial consultations typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour, including assessment and treatment planning.
Follow-up Patients: Sessions usually last 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on clinical needs, with the entire time slot reserved per patient.
What should I prepare before my consultation?
Ensure your device is fully charged, your internet connection is stable, and you are in a quiet, well-lit area. Use earphones if possible and wear presentable clothing.
A separate message will be sent with the link for the consent form and screening tests to be completed before your session.
Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Payment of the consultation fee is required prior to confirmation of your appointment. The consultation fee covers only the clinical evaluation of the patient’s concerns, formulation of a diagnosis, and provision of appropriate management and/or prescription.
Additional services, including but not limited to issuance of medical certificates, psychiatric reports, signing of financial reimbursement documents, and other administrative requests, will incur separate charges.
Do you issue special or yellow prescriptions?
