Dr. Velasco is a Board Certified Ear Nose Throat Specialist, a Fellow of the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery with over 12 years of experience. His clinical focus includes Allergic Rhinitis, Nose and Sinus Disorders, Throat and Voice problems, Vertigo, and Hearing-related concerns. His services include Professional Earwax Removal, Vestibular/Dizziness Rehabilitation, Ear Nose Throat Endoscopy, and providing certificates/clearances regarding ENT conditions. He is committed to patient-centered, evidence-based care, emphasizing clear communication and individualized treatment plans with a strong focus on improving patient quality of life through comprehensive and preventive care. He is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery with a Degree in Doctor of Medicine and had his residency training in the field of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital. He also underwent International Training in Germany at the Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Ulm, Akademisches Krankenhaus Der Universitätsklinik (Federal Armed Forces Hospital, Academic Hospital of the University of Ulm) under the AOCMF Fellowship Program. He took his Pre-Medicine at the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
