This online clinic provides therapy and consultation through secure video sessions across ages (children, adolescents, adults, and older adults). Services are thoughtfully tailored to each client and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I work with concerns such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, family and relational concerns, gender-affirming care, and challenges related to stress, anxiety, mood, life transitions, and emotional or behavioral regulation. Sessions are designed to be collaborative, respectful, and supportive, using approaches such as CBT, DBT-informed strategies, and other interventions suited to individual needs. Online sessions offer a private and convenient space for care and follow professional and confidentiality standards. Services are intended for non-emergency concerns.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

At the moment, I am not directly accredited with HMOs. However, I can provide a service invoice or official receipt that you may use to request reimbursement from your HMO or healthcard provider. I recommend checking with your provider regarding their reimbursement process and requirements.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php 1,500. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Do you issue a fit to work certificate?

Yes, Fit-to-Work certificates may be issued after a consultation. As part of the process, you may be asked to complete brief screening tools, which will be sent to your email to help gather comprehensive information for proper evaluation.
