Dr. Jun S. Dy, a distinguished urologist, specializes in pediatric and robotic urology, minimally invasive and reconstructive surgery, male infertility, and uro-oncology. He completed his Residency Training in Urology at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City. Subsequently, he pursued a Clinical Research Fellowship in Pediatric Urology at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Schneider’s Children’s Hospital in New York, USA, from 2003 to 2004, where he gained extensive experience in minimally invasive and reconstructive urology. In 2008, he underwent intensive postgraduate training at the European Institute of Telesurgery in Strasbourg, France, further refining his skills in complex laparoscopic reconstructive urological surgery. In 2010, he received certification as a robotic console surgeon at the Children’s Hospital Boston, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Additionally, in 2019, he underwent an intensive microsurgery training for male infertility at the Center for Male Reproductive Medicine Microsurgery, Department of Urology, Cornell Institute for Reproductive Medicine of Weill Cornell Medicine of Cornell University, under the guidance of Dr. Philip Li. Dr. Dy, a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Urology, holds significant positions in the urology community. He served as the former president of both the Philippine Society for Genitourinary and Reconstructive Surgeons and the Philippine Society for Pediatric Urology. Additionally, he is a fellow of several esteemed organizations, including the Philippine Association of Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Surgeons, the Philippine College of Surgeons, the Philippine Society for Pediatric Urology, the Philippine Robotic Urology Society, and the Philippine Society of Uro-Oncology. Furthermore, he is an international member of the American Urological Association, the European Association of Urology, and the Endourological Society. Currently, Dr. Dy serves as the Head of the Stone and Prostate Treatment Center and the Head of the Pelvic Floor Center and Anorectal Diseases at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City. His clinical interests span a wide range of urology, with a specific focus on pediatric and reconstructive urology, robotic and minimally invasive techniques, male infertility, microsurgical andrology, stone disease, prostate disorders, uro-oncology, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
