Do you issue Medical Certificates?
As a psychologist, I only issue mental health certificates, not medical certificates. These are legal documents affixed with my signature, so there will be an additional charge of P300. Mental health certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?
I don't accept HMOs.
