Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to fill out forms before the session?

Yes. If you’re a new client, you’ll be given an intake form before the session to provide some basic information that will help us get started in your first session. You’ll also receive a consent form that you’ll need to sign. I’ll go over this consent with you briefly during our session so you can ask any questions and feel comfortable with the process.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

For appointments booked in advance, please try to reschedule or cancel at least 3–4 hours before your session. For same-day bookings, let me know at least 3–4 hours in advance if you can’t make it. Cancellations made after this window or not showing up will mean the payment is forfeited. I really appreciate your understanding. This helps keep the schedule running smoothly and respects everyone’s time, including other clients who need support.

Session Attendance and Late Policy

You have a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled start time. If you don’t arrive within that window, the session will be considered a “no-show” and won’t be eligible for a refund. This policy helps me keep sessions running on time and respect everyone’s schedule. If you know you’re running late, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can see if any adjustments can be made.
