Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 300 pesos. Medical certificates will only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Do you receive patients for walk-in vaccinations?

Currently, I give vaccinations BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. This is to make sure that the vaccine will be available on the scheduled appointment.
