Yes. Please do not hesitate to send a message in Now Serving for any queries or concerns. Dr. Pua will answer as soon as she is available, or secretary Jane will entertain your queries if Dr. is busy at the moment.

Is there a separate fee for medical certificate/Prescription/etc aside from consultation fee?

No accumulating fee for medical consultation. However, there is an additional after-consult payment for psychological ones.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Appointment request will be catered to ASAP/within the day. (Available schedules may vary depending on patient booking traffic).

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Fit to Work, medical clearance and others are also issued depending on assessment.
