Dr. Alampay earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Diliman, then pursued his medical degree at the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERM). He finished post-graduate internship from UP-PGH and returned to UERM to complete his Psychiatry residency training, where he served as chief resident for his final year of training. He believes firmly in working with patients through compassionate, respectful and grounded approaches in psychotherapy, pharmaceutical management when indicated, and lifestyle changes for holistic, individualized healing, growth, and resilience. He has experience working with individuals of all stages of life, navigating through their struggles of stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, mania, psychosis, ADHD, autism, and other mental health conditions. Can I book a schedule today?

Please book at least 24 hours prior to the desired schedule to ensure that your request will be seen and verified. If I am not engaged with patients at the time, you may expect me to respond to consultation requests from 8AM to 11PM. You may proceed to the nearest ER of a hospital with psychiatric services for any urgent or emergent concerns that require immediate attention (active thoughts and plans of suicide, psychosis, agitation). If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
