Dr. Kathyrn Natalie Tan

MD, DSBPP, FPPA, MMHoA, IFAPA

I offer online psychiatric consultations for adults who may be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, burnt out, or emotionally exhausted. If stress, mood changes, sleep problems, or difficult life situations have started to affect your daily life, work, or relationships, this space is here to help you sort through things with care and understanding. My approach is warm, patient, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly — even if you are unsure how to describe what you are feeling or where to begin. There is no pressure to “perform” or explain everything perfectly. We go at your pace, and we take things one step at a time. During the first consultation, we focus on getting to know your concerns and doing a thoughtful psychiatric assessment. I explain my impressions clearly and discuss possible treatment options with you. Medication is suggested only when appropriate and always with your full understanding and consent. Follow-up sessions are used to check in on how you are doing, make adjustments when needed, and provide steady support as you move forward. This service is for non-emergency adult psychiatric concerns. Psychiatric emergencies are not handled through this platform. If you are in immediate distress or having thoughts of harming yourself, please seek help at the nearest emergency facility. Dangerous drugs (S2) and forensic or legal psychiatric evaluations are not provided through online consultations.
