Yes. However, clinical documents are not automatically issued after a consultation. Their issuance depends on the clinical findings, appropriateness of the request, and professional judgment. Separate fees and processing times also apply.
What should I prepare before the session?
Once your booking is accepted, you will receive an Intake Form and screening questionnaires that must be completed on or before the provided deadline. These will be reviewed and discussed during your consultation, so timely completion is important.
How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
Before confirming your booking, I will first review the information you provided and your chief complaint, to ensure that your concerns are within my scope of practice and appropriate for online services. This review usually takes within an hour.

What is an Initial Mental Health Consultation?
An initial mental health consultation is a first session focused on understanding your concerns, experiences, and overall mental and emotional well-being. It involves a structured conversation about your background, current difficulties, and factors affecting your thoughts, feelings, and behavior. This session helps determine appropriate support, such as counseling and psychotherapy or referral to other professional if needed. It is primarily for initial assessment and does not automatically include final diagnosis or treatment, as any recommendations will be based on clinical findings and professional judgment.
Can I message you on your social media accounts?
To protect your privacy and ensure a safe, professional space, all consultation-related communication is kept within this platform. Messaging through personal or social media accounts for clinical concerns is not accommodated.

What should I do if I am having an active suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or risk concerns?
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or immediate safety concerns, you will be advised to seek emergency services or urgent psychiatric care. Online consultation is not appropriate for situations requiring immediate or in-person intervention.
How long is an initial consultation, and what does it include?
Initial consultations typically last 60β90 minutes, depending on your concerns and the flow of the session. The consultation includes a clinical interview, exploration of your concerns and symptoms, discussion of your screening results, provisional diagnosis or clinical impression (when appropriate), possible recommendations, and brief psychoeducation.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
If you are late, I will send you a last reminder through a message. If I do not receive a response within 15 minutes, the session will need to be rescheduled.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
For cancellations or rescheduling, please inform me at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduled appointments will not require an additional payment. However, payments for cancelled appointments are non-refundable.
Can I message you via the NowServing app?
Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
What is an Individual Counseling & Psychotherapy?
Individual Counseling and Psychotherapy is a series of sessions focused on helping you process your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe and supportive space. It aims to support your well-being by building self-awareness, improving coping strategies, and addressing concerns and symptoms. The approach may include guided conversations, psychoeducation, and practical techniques tailored to the client's needs.
*Please note: Online Counseling and Psychotherapy are intended for non-crisis (non-imminent risk) clients. If you are currently experiencing active suicidal intent or self-harm, severe psychosis, or mental health concerns requiring in-person assessment or intervention will be referred to the appropriate emergency or psychiatric services.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
As a Psychologist, I can only issue Mental Health Certificates, as Medical Certificates may only be provided by medical doctors (Psychiatrists).
A Mental Health Certificate may be used for purposes such as school or workplace requirements, documentation of psychological consultation or treatment, fit-to-return recommendations (when appropriate), and other general purposes, depending on the findings of the assessment and clinical judgment.
*Please note: The mental health certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature and dry seal (for hard copy), so there will be an additional charge of 350 Pesos. Certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
Can I book a schedule today?
Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
No. For now, I can only offer online Psychological services.
Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. There may be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered or requested during the consultation.
