Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
No; separate payment instructions will be given during the consultation. Kindly note that the flow will be: Consultation via call (10-15 minutes) –> Payment –> Release of documents (prescription, medical certificate, etc.). This is to reduce the incidence of scams / risk of non-payment. Thank you for understanding!
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Please note that I can only issue medical certificates for patients I have seen/examined on the date of consult. I cannot backdate a med cert, in compliance with the law and ethical standards as a professional.
This can also be easily validated by your company through my provided contact details on the medical certificate. Please also confirm with your company first if they accept med certs from teleconsultation.
(A medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature. It is not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.)
How does my company validate a medical certificate?
Your company can contact me through my provided phone number on the medical certificate. As much as possible, I am able to reply to them within the day for the validation.
