Frequently Asked Questions

Do you issue a fit to work certificate?

Yes. For simple cases, fit-to-work certificates may be issued after proper consultation and evaluation, at a corresponding professional fee. Intensive workup and additional diagnostic tests may be requested if necessary. For more complicated cases, a face-to-face evaluation may be required prior to issuance of clearance, depending on the patient’s condition, occupational risks, and safety considerations. Additional follow-up, monitoring, or specialist assessment may also be necessary in selected cases. Please note that additional charges for issuance of fit-to-work certificates may apply.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

No, HMO's/Healthcards are not accepted.

Do you issue S2 prescriptions?

Yes. For medications requiring an S2 prescription, an original physical prescription may be required by pharmacies, and electronic prescriptions issued through NowServing may no longer be accepted for dispensing. A face-to-face consultation is encouraged whenever appropriate to allow proper clinical evaluation before an S2 prescription is issued, particularly for new prescriptions or when reassessment is necessary. For follow-up consultations or S2 prescription refills, a physical prescription may be prepared at the clinic after appropriate evaluation. You may arrange to pick it up personally or through an authorized representative, or have it sent to you via a courier service at your own expense. Please coordinate with the clinic regarding consultation, prescription preparation, and pickup or delivery arrangements.
