I missed my scheduled appointment, what should I do?

If you missed your appointment, we kindly ask that you send us a message via the Now Serving app to discuss rebooking options. Please note that appointments are considered missed or a No Show if you arrive more than 15 minutes late or miss the appointment entirely. In such cases, a rebooking fee of P300 will apply. Refunds are only provided in cases of emergencies. We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes early for your appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Medical certificates shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

I won’t be able to make it on my scheduled date and time, what should I do?

You may send me a message immediately if you think you won’t be able to make it on your scheduled time. I can rebook your consult free of charge.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 20-30 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient but it depends on the availability of time.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment or anytime after our consultation. I sometimes don't get to answer your queries immediately, but I don't mind if you send your message again. For medical or psychiatric emergencies, please go directly to the nearest emergency room.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

Please keep all consult-related questions here on this platform. For any new concerns, please book another appointment.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
