Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of P150. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

At the moment, I am not accepting HMO coverage as I am still in the process of completing the necessary accreditation requirements and system integration for online consultations. This helps ensure that once I do accept HMOs, the process will be smooth, secure, and convenient for my patients. For now, consultations are on a private-pay basis, but I will update you as soon as HMO options become available. Thank you for your understanding!
