Frequently Asked Questions

Is this just the booking fee or is it already the full consultation amount?

Full consultation amount, including service and now serving fee

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

No, booking doesn't mean you will already pay. Both online and face-to-face consults will be done first before payment to ensure proper service is delivered. For online consults, after the consult, a link will be sent to you for payment instructions while waiting for your prescription/certificate. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription, with medical certificate (if requested).

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Fee is already INCLUDED in consult, with NO EXTRA CHARGE. Prior to issuing the certificate, I will need to interview you and ask questions to be a basis of the diagnosis to be placed in the certificate. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. Once issued, I can verify if necesssary.
