Do you issue a fit to work certificate?
As a board-certified internist, I can issue fit to work certificates after thorough evaluation and work-up. Please do note that additional rates may apply: 500 pesos for general medical clearance and 750 pesos for Nephro fit to work clearance.
Do you issue cardiopulmonary (CP) clearance for procedures?
As a board-certified internist, I can issue CP clearance for minor elective procedures, as long as there are no high risk features after evaluation and thorough work-up. Please do note that the rate for CP clearance is 500 pesos.
Do you issue Nephro clearance for work or elective procedures?
Nephro clearance can be granted to the following, but not limited for work, travel, CT Scan, MRI, and minor elective procedures. Clearance can be granted if no further work-up will be deemed necessary. As for Nephro clearance for elective minor procedures, clearance will be granted as long as no high risk features are seen. Please do note that the rate of Nephro clearance will be 750 pesos.
Can I book a schedule today?
Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation, such as certificates and clearances.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes, as a board-certified internist and licensed physician, I can issue medical certificates, which can include the diagnosis, treatment plan and follow up schedule. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 200 pesos. Medical certificates are different from clearances and are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
How long does a typical session last?
A typical session for new patients lasts around 15-20 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient. Follow up consults will usually be faster.
Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
Unfortunately, I am unable to accommodate face to face consults as of the moment.
Can I message you via the NowServing app?
Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You can also message me anytime should there be any clarifications from our previous consult.
