For privacy, documentation, and continuity of care, please keep all consultation-related questions and follow-ups on this platform as much as possible. For new concerns or concerns that need medical assessment, please book another appointment so they can be properly addressed during a consultation. Can I book a schedule today?

No. At this time, we are unable to accommodate same-day appointment requests. To help us prepare properly for your visit, we require appointment requests to be made at least 72 hours before your preferred date, subject to slot availability. However, because of the current volume of patients, our usual wait time is around 2–4 weeks. We appreciate your patience, and we will do our best to help you find the earliest available schedule. For urgent or potentially life-threatening concerns, such as thoughts of suicide, symptoms of psychosis, or risk of harm to yourself or others, please proceed to the nearest emergency room immediately so you can receive urgent care and support.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes. To confirm and reserve your appointment, we kindly ask that the consultation fee be settled first, at least 72 hours before your requested schedule. The consultation fee covers the psychiatric consultation, including interview and history-taking, clinical assessment, formulation of the initial working impression or diagnosis, and appropriate management recommendations, which may include psychotherapy guidance and/or medication prescription when needed. Please note that additional requests made during or after the consultation, such as medical certificates, fit-to-work documents, school accommodation letters, and other similar documents, may have separate fees.

How long does a typical session last?

An initial consultation usually lasts around 45 minutes to 1 hour, while follow-up consultations are scheduled for 30 minutes. To help us give each patient the care and attention they need, we kindly ask that you be mindful of the scheduled time. This allows us to stay on track and avoid delays for the patients scheduled after you.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

We try our best to respond to booking requests within 72 hours. If you have not received a reply yet, it may mean that your requested date is already fully booked, or that we are still coordinating the appointment list. We kindly ask for your patience as we go through requests and match patients with the nearest available schedule. If your request is automatically cancelled by the booking system before we are able to respond, please feel free to submit a new appointment request with another preferred date. Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Medical certificates may be issued after consultation, when clinically appropriate and for valid medical reasons. Please note that a medical certificate is a legal document that contains my professional assessment and signature. Because of this, there is an additional fee for each certificate. Before the certificate is released, you may be asked to sign a consent form allowing the release of relevant medical information. I do not issue medical certificates for medico-legal purposes, including legal cases, court requirements, police reports, workplace disputes, or similar matters. For these concerns, please consult the appropriate medico-legal service or authorized institution.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

I currently do not accept HMOs for online and face-to-face appointments.
