Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. All medical certificates will be issued with their corresponding charges on top of regular consultation fee. HMO/ Health Card does not cover Medical Certificate Issuance.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your doctor may not be able to accomodate your scheduled request due to workload. Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system. Kindly book again to request appointment

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

We accept HMO / Healthcards for Face to Face/ In Clinic Visits only for now. For VRP and Paranaque Doctors Hospital all major HMO's except Medicard are accepted for face to face consultation.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

You will only need to pay after consultation is completed. The consultation fee includes only the following: history and examination of the patient regarding the complaint, giving the diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services requested during the consultation such as medical certification and perioperative evaluation/ clearance.
