No refund for cancellation and if patient did not respond to calls for several times, she will be tagged as "No Show".

Yes, it's given upon patient request. I also issue Fit to Work/ Travel/ Sports/ Study Clearances.

Yes, I'm available every Monday - Sunday at 6:30am - 11:00pm

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. Additional 100php for Fit to Work / Medical Certificates.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 5-15 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I work almost 24/7 in a hospital, but being online is no problem. Please be patient to wait for few minutes. No worries, because you will be entertained ASAP. 😉

How does my company validate a medical certificate?

The company can message me through email or phone me through my business number.
