Kimberly Calantoc, MA, RPsy, is a Licensed Psychologist who supports individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and major life transitions. She works with diverse clients, including adolescents, adults, students, and survivors of violence. She completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas and currently serves as a consultant psychologist at DevHub Intervention Center and Illuminare Psychological Services. She has also completed CBT-focused trainings through the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Kimberly takes a trauma-informed and holistic approach to mental health, creating a supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. You can come as a walk-in during open slots. Evening sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays are by appointment only, please book at least 2 hours ahead. When you send a booking request, we’ll message you through the app to check your preferred time. If it’s not available, just let us know and we’ll find a time that works. Your appointment is confirmed only once we agree on a time, and after that, you’ll get a message with confirmation, next steps, and any forms you need before the session.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?
