Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. If you are located here in Leyte and can manage to see me at my designated clinic, I will gladly accommodate you.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request as this is the policy of this platform. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, providing the correct diagnosis, and prescribing the appropriate management. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Depending on the time the request has been received, the waiting time can take as long as an hour.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 10 to 15 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Please note that a medical certificate is a legal document bearing my signature, so an additional charge of P200.00 will be incurred. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific, valid reasons and after the consultation.
