Do you issue Medical Certificates?

As a psychologist, what I can provide is a Mental Health Certificate. For Mental Health Fitness, I need to conduct a mental health screening. Results of which will not be available right away and the Certificate will be sent to you the following day. Please take note that taking the screening tools does not guarantee that you will be given a clearance. Regardless of the results, you will still be required to pay an additional Php 1000 on top of the consultation fee.
