Can I contact you outside the consultation?

For ethical reasons, let's keep all communications regarding your care within the duration of your scheduled consultations. Only concerns regarding appointments will be entertained outside the sessions.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical psychotherapy/counseling session lasts around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Assessments and intake interviews, can take longer depending on the need and case of the patient.
