Can I contact you outside the consultation?

For ethical reasons, let's keep all communications regarding your care within the duration of your scheduled consultations. Only concerns regarding appointments will be entertained outside the sessions.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes, my clinic is located at Keralty Clinic Festival Mall Alabang. Slots are 3:00-4:00PM, 4:30-5:30PM and 6:00-7:00PM. Kindly indicate your preferred time in the chief complaints section and wait for confirmation. Once confirmed, please come to your scheduled consultation ON TIME to make the most out of your session and as a courtesy to the next patient.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical psychotherapy/counseling session lasts around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Assessments and intake interviews, can take longer depending on the need and case of the patient.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

As a psychologist, what I can provide is a Mental Health Certificate. For Mental Health Fitness, I need to conduct a mental health screening. Results of which will not be available right away and the Certificate will be sent to you the following day. Please take note that taking the screening tools does not guarantee that you will be given a clearance. Regardless of the results, you will still be required to pay an additional Php 500 on top of the consultation fee.

What is your policy for NO SHOW?

Only a 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you fail to show up in the meeting room within the 10-minute time frame, your session will be tagged as NO SHOW and there shall be no refund of payment.

If I cancel my request for consultation, do I get a refund?

Yes, as long as you cancel a day before the scheduled consultation. You may also choose to reschedule. The team will be in touch with you regarding the earliest possible schedule.
