Do you issue Medical Certificates?

I do not issue medical certificates, as I am not a physician. However, I may issue a Mental Health Certificate when clinically appropriate. This may state that a client is receiving counseling or experiencing psychological concerns that may affect functioning. Please note that: - A mental health certificate is not equivalent to a medical certificate - It does not include medical diagnoses, physical findings, or prescriptions - Issuance is subject to clinical assessment and is not automatic - A separate professional fee applies - Mental health certificates may be provided for school, work, or documentation purposes when justified. If you’re unsure whether a mental health certificate applies to your situation, this can be discussed during the session.

What happens if I miss or cancel my online session late?

If you miss your scheduled online session or cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, it will be considered a no-show or late cancellation. The full session fee will be charged and is non-refundable. Please inform the clinic as soon as possible in case of an emergency.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

At present, I do not accept any HMOs or health cards. All sessions are conducted on a private-pay basis.
