Do you issue fit-to-work clearances?

Yes. Please take note that there is an additional fee for preemployment clearance depending on whether it will be used locally or for employment abroad. This is separate from the consultation fee and will be processed using the paywall.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate for medical leave is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 500php. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and only after the consultation.
