Lanz Paolo G. Olegario, MA, RPsy is a registered psychologist and psychotherapist whose clinical work focuses on anxiety, illness anxiety, panic disorder, trauma, grief, depression, emotional dysregulation, and borderline personality concerns. He has completed 32.5 hours of intensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and primarily practices from an ACT framework, while integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles and circadian rhythm interventions rooted in health psychology when appropriate. He maintains a private psychotherapy practice and has also worked in higher education, teaching graduate psychology advanced courses in counseling and psychotherapy, abnormal psychology, psychological theories, positive psychology, and current issues and trends in psychology.
