Dr. Lenard Gabriel Ortiz is a psychiatrist who treats each patient with kindness and vigor. Dr. Ortiz also believes in collaborative care, taking into account the patient's own goals with treatment and therapy. What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible. Once we have had our initial consult, I will provide you with other means of communication with me.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I usually respond as soon as I see the booking request but if not, within 24 hours.

Do you conduct Psychotherapy?

Yes

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 45 to 60 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient. The initial session is usually longer compared to follow-up sessions but long follow-ups are still possible depending on the need during therapy.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I receive the request. The consultation fee includes the following: assessment of the patient (focusing on the chief complaint initially), giving the correct diagnosis based on the interview, and giving the appropriate management/prescription as well as planning for future sessions.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. Should there be any conflict with schedule, I will message you directly (via the app) so that we can find a date and time that work for both of us.
