What services do you offer?

Online appointments include medical consultations, lab requests, reading & interpretation of laboratories (including X-ray, CT scan, or MRI results), prescription refill, second opinion, medical certificate (pre-employment, fit to work, return to work, travel clearance). Face-to-face appointments include an in-depth discussion of a patient's case or second opinion, physical examination of the patient's main complaint, requests for imaging (e.g., X-ray, CT Scan, MRI), blood laboratory requests, casting or splinting of fractures, including their removal, initial wound treatment, corticosteroid injections, and issuance of medical certificates or fit to work clearances. For emergency cases, you may proceed to any of Dr. Young's affiliated hospitals, as seen listed below, and inform the ER triage that you are under his care and request that he be notified.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be accommodated within 1 hour. If your appointment is not accepted within 1 hour, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes, face-to-face appointments will be accepted through the NowServing app. The appointment schedule and time will be determined as soon as the booking is accepted, and we will send you your appointment details through the app. Please check and confirm your schedule with us.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

It would take 15 minutes to 1 hour to respond to a booking request, depending on our availability. Kindly anticipate your need for consultation, bearing this time range in mind.

What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

How do I get a schedule with you?

We will determine your schedule after booking your appointment. A message will be sent to you in the NowServing app, informing you of your schedule. Please review your schedule and confirm if you are available on the said date and time. If you are unavailable, we will be happy to reschedule you at your most convenient time.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 15 to 20 minutes per patient. It may take longer depending on the case and the needs of each patient. Rest assured, each case will be discussed in full detail.

Do you accept international patients?

Yes. We accept any patient who requires Orthopedic care. Please do not hesitate to book an appointment either online or face-to-face.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Please note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with the doctor's signature, so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage nor for medicolegal purposes, and shall be issued only for specific, valid reasons and after consultation.
