Do you issue Medical Certificates?

No. However, I can issue a mental health certificate or certificate of consultation for situations like applying for a job, requesting accommodations at school or at work except for medico-legal purposes. This shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. Please note that a mental health certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php500. If you are in need of a medical certificate, please go to a medical doctor or a psychiatrist.

Is my privacy protected during teleconsultation?

Absolutely. I adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and use secure platforms to protect your privacy. Your personal information and session content will not be shared without your consent, except in cases mandated by law.

What should I prepare for the session?

A private, quiet, and comfortable space. A stable internet connection. A device with a camera and microphone (if it’s a video call). A notebook and pen, if you want to take notes.

What if I experience technical issues during the session?

If you encounter technical issues, try reconnecting. If the problem persists, inform your psychologist through email or text to reschedule or provide alternatives.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 45-60 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Are there any forms that I need to fill out before the session?

Yes. Here are the forms that you need to accomplish: (a) client profile form, (b) informed consent form, (c) parental/guardian consent form, and (d) Confidentiality Agreement. You may get these forms via chat in Now Serving app as soon as your booking has been accepted.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?
