What happens if I am late for my appointment?
Waiting time is max of 15 minutes only. Your psychologist will make the most of the REMAINING time allotted for you. You will still pay the FULL amount per session. We highly advise that you come to your scheduled consultation ON TIME to maximize your session and as a courtesy to the next patient.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
No but I can issue a MENTAL HEALTH CERTIFICATE. Take note that this is a document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php1000. Mental health certificate shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
