How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
Our team's front liner to online communication is our virtual secretary and our average response time is within 5minutes but this can sometimes be limited by holidays, Sundays and off office hours of our staff (beyond 7pm - 6am the next day) 😊
What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?
The guaranteed time, however, is not always the exact time the doctor responds. We always try our best to inform you of time delays and hang-ups for the intended consult schedule. Our doctor is a Heart specialist who prioritizes in-patient cases in the hospitals before their scheduled outpatient cases (both clinic and online). We hope to address your concern through SMS or our chat box and ask for your patience in times when emergency cases are prioritized first.
How long does a typical session last?
For NEW and FOLLOW-UP medical, non-complicated cases - At most 15 minutes, with standard clinical questions by our physician. For NEW, complicated Cardiac cases - It can last up to 30minutes due to thorough clinical interview by our physician who specializes in Cardiology and Cardiac rehab.
