How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 60 minutes per patient. A few minutes of extensions is permissible, but nothing further than an additional 10 minutes. I will wait for your response for 15 minutes at the start of the time of appointment, but if you don't show up after, the session shall be cancelled with no refunds.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

No, but I can issue a Mental Health Certification/ Consultation Certificate (as requirements for certain applications). This is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of P300. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. Requests for appointments within the same day are welcome but can be rejected depending on available schedule and client traffic. This is to assure quality care without compromising the mental health of both succeeding clients and the clinician.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee is viable for a psychotherapy or counselling session or an intake interview. Normally, I would require the first session to be an intake interview to precisely assess if you need a thorough assessment (which I can create a referral for), but if you request to have a session right away, we can make space for your concern.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

I currently do not accept any HMOs.
